Step 1: Select a Program
Use the search bar to quickly find a program or select one from the dropdown menu. The planner will automatically load the correct courses and requirements.
Step 2: Plan Your Semesters
Simply drag and drop courses from the "Course Bank" on the left into the semester columns. Each semester is now split into a 1st 8 Weeks, 2nd 8 Weeks, and a full 16 Weeks section. To remove a course, just drag it from a semester and drop it back anywhere in the course bank area.
Step 3: Track Your Progress
The "Program Requirements" panel on the right shows your progress in real-time. As you place courses, the progress bars will fill up, letting you know how many credits you've fulfilled for each category.
Step 4: Check for Alerts
The "Alerts" panel will automatically warn you about potential issues, such as:
- Placing a course before its prerequisite is met.
- Scheduling a "Fall Only" course in the spring semester.
- Semester credit totals that are too high or too low.
Step 5: Manually Adjust Credits (If Applicable)
For certain transfer programs (like Associate in Arts/Science), a "Manual Credit Adjustments" section will appear. This allows you to enter credits for placeholder courses directly, ensuring your total credits are accurate for planning and printing.
Step 6: Customize Your Plan
Use the "+ Add" and "- Remove" buttons to add or delete years or Summer semesters to fit your academic plan.
Step 7: Save & Load Your Plan
Click the "📄 Export to CSV" button to download a spreadsheet of your plan. Use the "📄 Import from CSV" button to load a previously saved plan and continue your work.
Step 8: Print Your Plan
When you are finished, click the "📄 Export to PDF" button to get a print-friendly version of your course map.
