Patch Notes - Academic Planner

[QOL] The Program Code field will now auto-populate with the code from the selected program's data file.
[NEW] Expanded the "Program Prerequisites" feature to include the Dental Hygiene program.
[NEW] Added a "Program Code" input field to both planners. This optional code will now be included in PDF and CSV exports.
[NEW] Added an admin login to the Repository page, allowing authorized users to remove entries.
[FIX] Resolved an issue where importing a plan that contained an ACA course would result in a duplicate, as the planner also adds one automatically.
[FIX] Corrected the implementation of the "Program Prerequisites" section for the Emergency Medical Science degree to ensure it renders and exports correctly.
[FIX] Fixed an issue where courses from an imported CSV would not be added to a plan if the original program did not contain the required semesters (e.g., Summer terms or additional years). The planner now dynamically adds any missing semesters during import.
[NEW] Added a "Details" button to courses in the Planners, Program Builder, and Repository. Clicking it opens a pop-up with the official course description.
[FIX] Corrected scrolling behavior on all pages to ensure main content areas scroll independently while sidebars remain fixed.
[NEW] Summer semesters now correctly show "1st 8 Weeks" and "10 Weeks" term options.
[QOL] In the Academic Repository, both the "Missing Maps" and the main repository lists are now sorted alphabetically.
